The great debate

Okay, so I want to talk about the high street, particularly cheap, mass produced stores like Primark. Today I was taking to a friend about shopping and she was saying that she wishes she could shop in Primark but finds it hard because she doesn’t want to end up wearing something that a million other people will have on.

For me, its the complete opposite. I love seeing how different people wear the same item, and it doesn’t tend to bother me too much that someone else might have the same thing, since I usually try to combine things in a way that is a little different to how I see others wearing them, and when I do go to Primark I end up getting so much that I put things in the back of my wardrobe and forget about them for a few months, when people have moved on to the next new Primark thing.

What do you guys think? Do you like seeing people wearing the same item in different ways? Or is seeing someone wearing the same item as you cringeworthy?
